just wondering if anybody else uses an extra sugar source in turbo cider?
I find that glucose ferments a whole lot cleaner than white or brown sugar.
This is the ingredients for my next batch:

20 litres of Aldi apple juice (49p / litre)
2 x 450g bags of glucose powder (1.97 with offer in Lloyds Pharmacy)
5g of Lalvin EC-1118 Champagne yeast (99p)
OG before the glucose, 1.042 at 18.5c.
After, 1.062 at 18.5c
