does anyone have an extract brew recipe that compares to adnams best (or any adnams come to that) or a well known (so i can compare with the real thing) best bitter that i could try. i have bought a 2nd hand brewing kit from ebay which included a stainless 50l boiler with hop strainer/tap fitted & about 7kg of pale malt extract (expired nov 07 but been told on here that it should be ok to use) as well as other barrels n buckets etc.
i have got 100g each of golding & fuggles hops. yeast etc is no problem geting hold of, in stock in local hbs, but crystal malts etc will need to be orderded soon so i can do over the xmas hols.
any recipes or advice would be very welcome
