Yeah even though both had fermented out to 1002 there was a lot of sediment in the bottles, but i never filtered the apple bits out i just bottled the lot, so maybe it was still working on the sugars in the apple, some had been in the fridge but they were still like TNT, maybe not just as bad but certainly not safe in the hands of pi$$ed up adultsMarts wrote:Sounds like a fair bit of in-bottle fermenting going on there.
You could always try chilling them in the fridge before opening them.
