As the title says, what is your best recipe.

I've tried formulating my own. They are either boring or rubbish. So simply, I want to try yours! Is that really cheeky???

Simple, complicated I don't mind, but single infusion mash would be best.

Cheers,

Eddie.

If you like bitters, you could give my house bitter a try. You can find the recipe on this page.

Any more criteria other than Single Infusion?

I usually brew to a relatively low ABV% but out o fmy last ten brews I'd rate this one the highest:-

It's a rework of a weakened London Pride recipe I used ages back to use to tweak to get a 'Chiswick' type of brew.

If your not into recipe formulation though there's some great recipe books out there, it's worth buying one and working your way through them!

The prizewinning recipes thread in the Recipes section would be a great place to start 8)
