Thin Bleach - ingredients?

Hiya All,
Just thought I`d run this past yer.

Doing the weekly shop with SHMBO, spotted the cheap soda crystals and thin bleach, so 80p odd
thought I`d try it. However, got home and had a peek at the label, (didn`t take specs to ASDA),
and found:

ASDA SMART PRICE THIN BLEACH CONTAINS AMONGTS OTHER INGEDIENTS
LESS THAN 5% CHLORINE BASED BLEACHING AGENT (fair enough)
DISINFECTANT

(underlined by me)

So what do you reckon on these `other ingredients` and the `disinfectant`, given the
numerous threads on this topic?

The `smart price` thin bleach was all they had, only the usual thick and scented stuff otherwise.

I'm hoping this stuff is ok to use as this is what I steralise my equipment with

The disinfectant is the Chlorine based bleaching agent
