Quick priming question

Ok, I usually prime each bottle with a tsp of sugar.

Current recipie calls for 25g of sugar to prime, so can I mix it in the FV, then bottle. Saving having to get it in each bottle.
Should I boil the sugar in some water first, or just mix it in to the FV?
