I've got an tin of Amber LME, 1kg Dark DME, 1kg Light Hopped, 500g Belgian Pale malted grain, tonnes of Crystal, Willamette hops 100g, 100g Hallertau Herbrucker, 50g Centennial, 40g Cascade, 20g Progress and some odds and sods. Any bright ideas? Danstar Winsor or Wyeast London.

I've far too many of my own ideas to be helpful!! :D
is that 'Belgian Pale malted grain' steepable?
Did you mean Crystal Hops or Crystal Malt?

How about this...

Malt Extract Syrup Amber 18 EBC 3 lbs. 4.9 oz 1500 grams 54%
Dried Malt Extract Dark 60 EBC 2 lbs. 3.3 oz 1000 grams 36%
Crystal Malt 120 EBC 0 lbs. 9.8 oz 280 grams 10.1%

Cascade Whole 5.7 % 60 mins 0 lbs. 1.2 oz 35 grams 43.8%
Willamette Whole 4.7 % 60 mins 0 lbs. 0.9 oz 25 grams 31.3%
Willamette Whole 4.7 % 15 mins 0 lbs. 0.4 oz 10 grams 12.5%
Cascade Whole 5.7 % 15 mins 0 lbs. 0.4 oz 10 grams 12.5%

Final Volume: 23 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.037
Final Gravity: 1.009
Alcohol Content: 3.6% ABV
Bitterness: 41 EBU
Colour: 49 EBC

If I had those ingredients I'd give it a go, it would be added to my list of Brews-To-Do ;)

Good shooting. That's sounds great I'm imagining a malty, grainy, hoppy, blackberry type thing. It probably won't taste like that but I like the sound of it and it's fun trying.

It's never a bad thing to have too many ideas, just expensive.
