hi all got another question for ya done 3 allgrain now had to bin 1, but the first 1 i did the pilsner lager is now ready to keg.so hears my question i have 5gallons and my corny only holds 4 what do all you other guys do with the other gallon?do you leave it in a demijohn or in the secondry fermenter?paul

Syphon it carefully into cleaned old beer bottles with 1/2 level teaspoon of sugar. Or 2 ltr plastic bottle with a tsp of sugar.
You can take it round to your mates and show it off then.

As above, I just scale my recipes down to about 21 litres. Gives two trial jar's worth (one about 4 days in and one at the time of kegging) and a full corny.
