Fridging the beer

Post by jonnyhop » Fri May 29, 2009 12:39 am

My brews seem to taste grate after a few hours of fridge time, but continual time in the fried seems to leave a slightly sour taste (it’s a brew that used target hops for bittering and EKG for aroma, bottled) any opinions?

Cheers

Treat beer the same as you would treat milk, fridge it or it will go sour after a while.

I think you misread what he was saying, he was saying that if he leaves it in the fridge for a length of time, it tastes off. Furthermore, my kegs are stored at room temperature for (in some cases) months and served via a flash-chiller. I've never had one yet go sour. :)
