100% marris otter or add some crystal malt ?

should i do 100% marris otter or go ahead with the crystal malt?

That amount of crystal should be fine for this style of beer. I'd still be tempted to throw some aroma hops in though. :-k

Yep. Assuming you're opening a 100g pack and have used 49g for bittering, I'd throw in 30g for the last 10 minutes and then another 21g for a 20 minute 80 deg C steep. If you're putting this into cornies though, I'd put all 51g in for 10 minutes as the benefits of steep hops seem to be lost to a degree when force carbonating in cornies. :)
