Archers Best

I did and Archers Best brew last Wednesday with S04 (about 40 litres) OG 1.039 FG 1.008 (according to GW's beer engine). It appears to have finished at about 1.014 (checked over 2 days). Nice and clear, tastes fine, not overly sweet :? Its kept in the garage, no heat but insulated. The temperature of the FV is about 16C at the moment (07:30).
Do you think I should
1. Try rousing the yeast?
2. Add more yeast?
3. Add some heat?
4. Leave as is and just sup it when finished in the secondary?

Personally I wouldn't let the temperature drop that low.
Best wishes

Cheers Badger
But it should keep fermenting at lower temperatures shouldn't it?

The temperature range given on the Fermentis website is a very generous 59 to 75 degrees F. This can be helpful to ale brewer who may be at the mercy of a basement or other space.

Yes but it might be going so slowly that you can't tell if finished or not.
Best wishes
