Honeydew / Waggledance extract

Post by verno » Tue Jun 16, 2009 10:28 am

Hi all,

Having done a bit of searching on the site I found a couple of recipes for waggledance and honeydew clones but they were all grain recipes (http://www.berriman.co.uk/hobbies/brewing/brewlog.shtml). Does anyone have any advice on how I could tweak these for extract or has anyone done anything similar with extract brews?

Cheers

For the WaggleDance clone in the link you post, just replace the Pale Malt with Malt Extract.

I calculate it would take about 2.75kg liquid malt extract or 2.5kg spraymalt.

YMMV
