All the TC cider is being made with concentrate fruit juice and water.

I'm trying to buy just the concentrate. I've found this.

But I need to know how concentrated it is. There's technical data but I don't under stand it. Can anyone help?

And there's this for the AlcoPop for the missus.
Any ideas if It's any good?

And this.

It's got a density of 1.32 - 1.38 does that mean to get a density of 1050 it'd be a dilution of 1:6?
If I decipher it correctly then I'm thinking 25kg will make make 150L of TC.

I'm going to ask for a price and see if it viable.

To buy the same amount from Asda would be £90

Hmmm, the oakleaf site I would not treat that as a concentrate, as a puree it could at best be considered as aproaching maybe 2 kilos of fruit at best.

Its also worth knowing some fruit concentrates are not re-hydrated as you would a cordial. I can't for the life of me remember the process. It is worth noting a great deal of fruit concentrate comes from south america. So perhaps tracking down OJ concentrate importers may help you pin a apple source?

All the same keep us informed. A good way of getting more for your pound.
