Maybe a little late already, but I feel like making a high gravity treat for xmas.
Trouble is the grain bill will be hard to fit in the mash tun, and maybe i don't need 19l of 12% trippel anyway!
If I scale down the ingredients to 75% of the totals is there anything that wont need reducing - i.e yeast - i'd obviously
still use a whole pack, is everything else left in the same proportions? will that work the same?

High gravity recipe - scaling down
