TTL with added slug!

Imagine my surprise on starting my first batch sparge of my TTL this morning when THIS appeared from tap of the MT!!
It was quite a big boy - about an inch long in fact. Just lucky it didn't stick in the tap! I guess it must have crept in under the false bottom between brews! I'll be checking more carefully in future.

Now does anyone know what special flavour or aroma a slug will add to my TTL?
