Again showing that the "stuck" Woodfordes mostly just need more time and mostly aren't stuck at all, just not suitable for impatient speed merchants.

It's 3 weeks in the bottle now, and I've sampled a few over the Christmas. Had a pint with the Christmas dinner and it's a real thirst-quencher, I can imagine it being my brew of choice over the summer, if we get one.

It's keeping it's head well and is only very slightly cloudy. I'm loving it, to be honest. Just have to make sure that the 20 odd bottles I have left start to last. You can't get bitter like it over here, except maybe at €2.50 a throw in the off license.

9/10, the point being deducted coz it stuck.

Happy New Year to all, I hope the supplies are lastin'

I thought I should pass on a tip that I picked up in here a while ago....

Bottlers, bottle one or two per batch in a clear PET bottle (Ex Cola or Lemonade etc.) that way you can see the settling, and get a feel for the pressure your brew is producing.
P.S.
Thanks to whoever gave me this great idea.
