Turbo Cider (Sorry)
Don't bottle it yet!
Turbo cider will ferment out to a gravity of between 990 995 it has still got 15 points or so to drop yet
This is a dry cider, I would put it back into its original warmer place if you want it to finish quickly, or you could leave it to ferment out in the cooler place if you want a cleaner taste

Yes sorry 0.995 I shouldn't abbreviate
All the sugars in apple juice and the white sugar that you added will completely ferment out there aren't any discerable dextrins in fuits.
Always remember to judge progress of fermentation using consistant readings over at least 3 days on your hydrometer. This of course should be done in a warm enough enviroment that the yeast can still work. Bottling anything that contains fermentables with live yeast can lead to bottle bombs
Don't want you to get hurt

My first batch is starting to (slowly) clear.
When i have a consistant gravity reading for 3 days can i take it as this is safe to bottle? I got a load of big swing top bottles from IKEA (1.49 each..hold about 1.5 litres each)
Just being paranoid as I dont want bottle bombs
Also should i add some priming sugar?
Thanks

Beer bottles are designed to take the pressure and have been tested. The ones from Ikea are probably not designed specifically for the environment in which you'll be using them.
Each to there own but If I was you I'd go for screw top plastic pop bottles or flip top beer bottles. That way you can test and release pressure if required. I'd always go for functionality and safety rather than looks.
