I need some advice, I've just bottled Cervesa, fermented 7 days on heat pad then 7 clearing in the bucket. Now when I opened the bucket there was a white film on the surface of the beer abd up the sides of the bucket. Tasted it using a straw and it tasted OK so went ahead and bottled it just left about 2 pints in so as not to get any white stuff in a bottle. Now my question is - What was the white film? Will the beer be OK to drink and mainly what can I do to avoid this in Future?
