Recipe for Wychwood Black Wych?

Hi there, anyone has any recipe for a black wych clone? Am loving it

Usually on their website, they give some sort of description of ingredients used for their brews. However, not with this one sadly. In fact, there isn't really any mention of this one.

Email 'em. I got a decent reply from one of their brewers about White Wych.

Got a reply from the great guys at wychwood. Its a mixture of pales, crystals and black with some oats. english hops and styrian added on late. Darn, its seems like most beers i like have styrians in them, but i cant get them at all!!!!

okie, brace urself for a BAD news... wychwood is gg to discontinue the blackwych!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so better get ur hands on them while u can.

I reckon you should be able to knock up a recipe based on that info. Be sure to post the recipe on here so others can have a go with it or tweak it.

And don't worry too much about them discontinuing the beer. They told me White Wych was no longer brewed and it turned up on sale a Aldi.
