Contemplating first brew of 2010...

I'm contemplating getting my first brew of 2010 on the go -

The area I would be allowing this to ferment in is currently around 21 degrees c right now, and I guess dropping a couple of degrees at night. The instructions state it should be fermented at 25 degrees c! - Their website then says room temperature. So, UK brewers, would my current temperatures be sufficient to brew this one or should I be waiting for warmer weather? (I don't own any kind of brew belt or artifical way of evenly heating the fermenter.

Secondly, on the 'sugar' side of things for these kits - I'm assumming standard tate n lile granulated sugar will do the job? - I seem to remember reading about sugars in relation to these kits last year and recall that was the general consensus.

I need to get brewing! - I asked for beer kits for Christmas and I have 5 waiting!

The first is above, then these 4:

And a brupacks/brubox one:

Bavarian Wheat Beer (Weissbier)
Wheat beers are deservedly popular all over the world but until now have been difficult to brew at home. For the malt extract we have used the classic ratio of 55% wheat and 45% barley and the Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops give just a delicate hint of bitterness. Although we have used a bottom fermenting yeast, the characteristic estery flavours are much in evidence when fermenting at warmer temperatures (20°C - 25°C). We are very proud of our wheat beer and are sure that lovers of this unique style will not be disappointed. Best bottled but can be served from a keg if preferred.

Im fermenting at those temperatures without any problems... normally between about 17 and 25 degrees is fine.

I wrap something around my FV when the radiators are off to insulate it a bit to stop it dropping as quickly when the temperature falls overnight. Most people seem to use a sleeping bag for this. I've just been using an old Berghaus fleece I had handy though and it seems to be keeping it above 18 degrees.

Ah ok, cool. I have an old single duvet somewhere I reckon could work well for that. I'll try to get one on the go this week at some point :)
