I've not made mine yet as just waiting for ingredients to come in. But searched for the same thing recently and I will be using Tettnang.

Saaz is always a good one for wheat beers, think thats whats in Hoegaarden, or at least used to be.
Any low alpha acid hop should work well, traditionally wheat beers only used hops for bittering so very little of the hop character actually came through.
The flavour is down to the yeast more than anything so in reality u could use any hop and just do the calculations to get between 15-20 IBU.
But low AA hops are prob best. Saaz, Helletau etc.

Just re read my post back to myself, you've got over 900 posts and probably know everything I've just spouted. Prob sounds quite patronising coming from someone with 12 posts. Anyway my reccomendation is saaz.

What kind of wheat beer?
For a german style I'd say any noble type hop.
For an american style wheat ale you can use any hop that you like. goldings works well.
I'm just here for the beer.
