St Peter's IPA

Has anybody tried this kit? I've drunk the pre-bottled stuff available in the supermarkets and really enjoyed it.

I'm considering this as my next brew and was wondering if anyone had any previous experience with it? It's one of those 2 tin kits which makes 32 pints rather than 40. It's not as cheap as most other kits at nearly £20 but at that price i would have thought it'd make a nice beer.

Thanks!

It is the practice of adding hops to the FV after the main fermentation has finished, or adding hops to the keg when racking the beer from the FV. It is designed to give more hop aroma to the finished beer without adding any more bitterness.

Ah, I see!

Is it just a case of putting some hops in a muslin bag or suchlike and steeping them for a bit like you would with a tea bag?! Would the muslin need to be steralised and if so, how would you do that?

boil the bag (without the hops) in a pan of water for 20mins to steralise before use.
