How does it taste then? What sort of wine would you compare it to?
Might have to do some myself.

I reckon on its own, this juice may turn out sharp. The honey really smooths it out and the elderflower is just there in the background. With regards to the aroma, the elderflower really comes through.

When making it, I pasteurised the honey and elderflower in 200ml of the grape juice. Kept it at 80c for 20 mins. This really brought out the elderflower flavours too. Have 4 bottles left. Will leave them until Xmas. :-)

I have started making 4 litres of Red from Aldi grape juice, Potential ABV 14%.. I am forrowing the 'Making wine from concentrate' by lakeland wines fron Canada on youtube, with the difference that I had to add sugar to boost up the strength from potential 5% ABV.I included oak chips & used Gervin wine yeast No.2. Looking forward to the results!

Tried this with ALDI red and bumped the alcohol content up to 14% with sugar. Results weren't too good at this end. However, I may have messed something up as other people on here have had good results with this juice.

Keep updating here and let us know how it goes.

Got a Sainbury's 5l water bottle going with 3ltrs of Lidl white Grape juice and 1 litre of Mango juice. Another litre of grape is waiting to be used as topping up juice.

Smells good.

I've just done a wine with:
9l White grape juice
1.5l Smart price orange juice drink
1.5l Smart price apple juice drink
All the juice was asda own and cost me about a tenner. I added some tannin and nutrient but brewed it off the trub of a Beaverdale Pinot Grigio kit. I made it up to 20l with water. I've just had a taste and it's really good, the taste is somewhere close to a Cardonnay. I've put it in a cornie and am going to carbonate it to see how that goes.
