Does anybody know what the rough degrees per KG blackstrap molasses gives in a recipe? My Porter recipe calls for 500g of black molasses but Beer Engine (the software I currently use) does not have this as a fermentable ingredient.
I can only guess and say it is similar to sugar, which is around 375 LDK (litres degree per Kg)
