nelsons revenge

I have just had my first bottle of nelsons revenge .It was only bottled 8 days ago but was crystal clear and absolutely lovely ,I think it is one of my favourite kits to date ( mind you I've thought that after most of the kits I've made ) I wanted to share this information and my girlfriend and children didn't seem overly interested

In fact, because I thought you post was quite funny, I thought I'd read it to the missus...

Like yours, she wasn't interested either!

The other half is never interest I nearly always give my lass a sip of my pint when I crack 1 open and all I ever get is yeah that's a nice one. Not the backflips, fireworks and the singing in the street I was hopeing for so you have to come on here to share your good news.
So from me mate CONGRADULATIONS ON THE WONDERFUL PINT YOU HAVE PRODUCED AND I HOPE THEIR IS MANY MORE TO FOLLOW.

Congrats. I've been wanting to try that one. Maybe next year after I've done the Norfolk Nog I've got laying about. Commiseries on the other half. When I proudly presented my wife with the virgin pint of the first batch I'd ever made she took a sip, looked thoughtful and said "It's a bit bitter." I say it's best to wait a few years then get your kids into the beer

thats all very well and then the problem is keeping them off it, like them helping themselves to your keg whilst your on the night shift. luckily they are both over 20.

good to hear positive comments about Nelson's, I bought one of these on Saturday on an impulse. just need to empty some bottles.

It gets worse though the nearest she gets to enthusing about my lovely beer is to say that would be ok with some lemonade in it !
