HI Guys

I have brewed once before but found my bitter was flat not clear and produced no head maybe down t the fact i used sugar -- not -spray malt


or my pressure barrell was letting in air

what is the deal with this ...any helping hands would be great i am gonna start a new brew of stout
is there any thing else i should get to make this brew perfecto to here or there

so i get the kit i already got the fermenting bin pressure barel n all that do i need a different type of yeast

Use the kit yeast with this kit, it is fine. User a kilo of beer kit enhancer, or a kilo of spraymalt. Expect the fermentation to spew out of the fermenter for the first few days. The CO2 injector, is to add extra CO2 when the secondary fermentation pressure gets low, i.e you pour a beer, and the flow reduces to a trickle.
