Palmers 200 recipe?

Post by Kev888 » Thu Jan 06, 2011 4:39 pm

Has anyone got or seen a recipe for a Palmers 200 clone?

(Or failing that, an ingredients list - I stupidly forgot to take note last time I tried some)

Cheers,
Kev

I haven't found a recipe but my google search brought me back to this site to this thread, not much help but it may give you some pointers.

All I can add is that they definitely use sugar in 200 - we were shown the blocks of it while we were there and were told that it went into 200 but not their lower gravity beers.

Thanks - could be useful. I think its about 5% abv so a bit of sugar seems quite reasonable in keeping it lighter.
