at racking have led to the following updates:Kiwi - quite bland at the moment, but hopefully it will improve SWMBO detects a marzipan flazour but i aint getting that
Carrot - pretty thin, hot and what I'd expect from young wine. Don't have great hopes for this and may have to get some tannin in there
Banana - VERY rough! Sulphide odour has gone. A banana flavour is starting to come through again now.
Raspberry a la second2none - tasting gorgeous as usual!
Tinned peach - Paint stripper! I hope age does this some justice.
Mead - well I've not really racked this yet but the update wouldn't be complete so i grabbed a sample. Very odd flavour with a slightly solvent-esque odour.
Strawberry - degassed and clearing. Tastes like wine, if a bit hot but it smells beautiful, still really strawberry-y
