



The first recipe I found was the one I used, 500gm light dme & 300gm dextrose which gave rather a low OG. I then did another very quick search & found a link on Jim's to an 'Authentic IPA' recipe on Coopers site. This said to use 1Kg rather than 5oogm of Light DME. Just to be on the safe side I dumped a bit more sugar in - about another 100gms or so. I was panicking because the yeast was already in & I was worried about secondary infection.
