I recently had the fortune to get hold of a few cheap kits which are nearing thier use by date. One of them is a Coopers european lager, I've seen in a few posts as how it is not easy to do good lagers, especially as the weather gets warmer and the issues of cold chilling etc so i am contemplating doing it as a blond ale.
I am planning on using 1 kg of BKE and adding some hops either as a hop tea, dry hop or 10 minute boil.
Any ideas on what hops would go well? I have some Fuggles, Goldings, Cascade, Bobek, Northdown, and Boadicea.
Alternatively, thriftyshopper is only a click away.

I would Tea and dry hop with Cascade. This has become a favourite of late.
Hops are a personal thing and until you taste them you won't know if you like them or not. I now brew exclusively BIAB and use a different hop or combination each time to find out which ones I like or not.
That's the fun of this brewing lark.

I mostly BIAB myself these days but these kits were too good to pass up.

Just in case you were going to, don't use the kit yeast on that one. It's a lager one, and needs to be fermented at around 13°c.
