okies...it obviously does the trick - Ditch put link up I believe - will keep a capful handy when me stouts ready - if on the off chance not to my taste will still be utilised on ice cream come the summer.

Ah! Sorry, mate. Ditch moves so slowly he almost goes backwards.

I now have to wait till I'm in town again. There I have to convince the guy in the shop that he should get the choccy stuff in. (If I could swing it for some Vanilla too? Ditchy Heaven! I just Adore vanilla! )

But, yeah; I got some very similar stuff to what ye using there. Only, mine was more concentrated and Coffee. Works just fine though, as ye said. No adverse effects on the beer. Just added flavour
