Really Ditch how much do You put away a week ? Ithought I got through the stuff.

Whats the usual for the average homebrewer , I don't want to be drinking too much or obviously too little :D

We need a general rule as to the amount that is acceptable , allowing for weekends and bank holidays obviously.
Any Views ?

I think he has a few dry sherries per night!

I try to resist Monday to Thursday. When I fail, I may have 1 - 2 or 3 a night but not everynight. Friday to Sunday up to 4. Only cos we have two kids 2 and under and getting up very early with a hangover is not good!

In my youth nights out were very often and very heavy affairs!

Fermenting:-
FV 1 - Festival Spiced Winter Ale
FV 2 - Empty
FV 3 - Empty
FV 4 - Ditches Stout

Drinking:-
Keg 1 - Nothing

Conditioning:-

Bottles - Brewferm Winter Ale
Bottles - Brewferm Triple

Next
Work in progress
Old Tin of Coopers Cerveza
Couple of old tins of stuff to experiment with!

Repeating Kebab; I need to knock up six buckets of 20 Litres a month. I also get through a 70 cl bottle of Jameson in six days ~ never five, or seven.

This question about how much we do / should / can we drink is a perennial one. Personally speaking? I've been to hell and back, through drink.

Now, I at least know the route. I'm a bugger for the booze ~ again. But, I've barely set foot on that road, where I stand at present.

It's a very personal and individual thing, mate. No stranger tapping away at a remote keyboard can tell You much about yeself.
