Had a taster from my sampler bottler of this brew re Marc Ollosson's book....superb after only 11 days in the bottle.
Let me remind you what he said about this drink...."I haven't tasted the commercial ale, but if the beer produced by this recipe is anything to go by, then I could quite happily drink this for the rest of my days"
I can only endorse it. Later today I hope to bottle the stable companion 'Sunshine'

Just Bottled my 'Sunshine'....can't wait for it to come out again :lol:

Send some to Oxford please as we are just about to go camping and could do with some "Sunshine" :lol: :lol:
