beer line cleaner

hi, can i use beer line cleaner to sanitise as i cant get any starsan as the home brew shop will not have any for 2 months, and is it no rinse,cheers Neil

Not unless it specifically states it's a sanitizer

Beer line cleaner needs to be flushed through, thoroughly.

The Home Brew Shop is showing the 8oz Starsan in stock:

8oz will last you approximately forever.

Beer line cleaner most certainly is not "no rinse". You'd be better off using bleach and rinsing well.

If you absolutely must have no rinse then pretty much your only other option is an Idophor like Videne, available from most chemists in a day or two.
