Recommendation for 1st BIAB?

Post by CJR » Mon Dec 24, 2012 2:17 am

Hey everybody,

I'm looking to do my first BIAB after Christmas. Currently I'm fermenting my final kit, a Brewer's Choice Black Country Mild with 1kg DME. I'd either like to do a winter ale, a bitter, a stout or a mild. Does anybody have any recommended recipes?

Cheers. :)

Good luck with whatever you decide to brew and post in the brewdays section to let us know how it goes.

I think the SNPA is a very good intro to AG - especially if you go for the kit everything included - just brew!

Thanks for the recommendations. The SNPA clone kit isn't in stock unfortunately. Does anybody have any other suggestions for an AG kit?

EDIT: Went for the Twisted Stout kit with the Bramling Cross option from Malt Miller.
