Not by any means, you will just have to hold back 2 extra L of water or do a post boil dilution into the FV.

No, you brew using Maxi Biab working to your required volume into FV but only using the max your kettle will hold. This will result in a wort of higher OG than planned but of less volume. you then dilute it with "Boiled" water to bring your OG down and your volume up.

I highly recommend finding the Maxi BIAB calculator on BIABrewer, it takes you through step by step and is truly excellent. Will also help you manage bittering adjustments to hops that are necessary with post boil dilution. I'd also suggest using bottled water to dilute with post boil.
