Just brewed a trial batch of an APA for this event/comp and its drinking well with lots of 2012 Cascade aroma, now for a few tweaks and a re brew in March and we should be all good. and even better than that a weekend of good beer, and the girlfriend even has a nice couple of nights in the no doubt delightful low budget Ibis hotel, who need a romantic weekend in Paris!

Entry will be on its way in soon

Test brew fermenting! Should have enough time for any required tweaking and a rebrew!
