Lidle pure juices question

Post by Cully » Thu Mar 21, 2013 8:56 am

I know peoople make turbo ciders from the tetra pack pure juices that Lidl sell. But I am wondering how viable they are to make fruit wines? Anyone done this and would care to share the process? I have made kit wines and wines from fruit in the past.

Lidl red grape juice is good for 4.5ltrs with 400gms of white sugar for a nice low alcohol table wine.
