Throw or save?

Post by kane » Fri Mar 29, 2013 6:02 pm

Hey guys,
Went out to the freezer earlier and noticed the fuse had blown. Could have been like this a month or so (the meat in there was quite smelly!).

I had some new unopened vacuum packed hops out there. Will they be ok? Or is it not worth the risk?

Cheers!

Can't see a problem if unopened.

i'd say the chances are that they'll be fine. cold weather recently and unopened vac packs so you shouldn't have a problem. clean the packs off if necessary and before you use them give them a rub and test the aroma. as long as there's nothing unusual use as normal. good luck.
