Temperatures???

Post by kirky80 » Mon Jun 10, 2013 9:34 am

Hi all, as my last post says, I currently have a Canadian blonde from coopers on the go at the moment, I am using 900 g of malt extract and around 300g of sugar, I know it won't come out like a true Canadian blonde but that's all I could get my hands on,, oh I also used yeast nutrient. Anyway I have it brewing in my kitchen at the moment and the temperature seems to drop to around 16-17 degrees at night, I do have a brew belt but don't want it to get too warm, is this to low for it to brew or will it just take a little longer??

Thank you.
