Sorry bud, I've had a nightmare of a time. Wanting to immigrate.

My beer is too yeasty. Going to give it a week or so.

As for biltong, a mate of mine playing for the exceter chiefs is making biltong properly in the UK. I know he wants to sell as he says the UK's biltong is not up to scratch.

Right, stuffs sorted out and I'm back on the forum

What is your mates Company Name? When I Google Biltong UK, there are a few suppliers out there.
The 2 packs I ordered last week arrived 2 days later from a guy in Kent.

Thanks for the offer but I don`t eat that much of it. HaHa I`ve got a bag of Piri Piri Biltong on my lap as we speak!

Small sliced pieces approx 20mm X 50mm.
Piri Piri Very hot to eat but you just can`t stop! Worse than Pringles for being addictive.

Welcome back, We`ve missed you!
If you don`t like Weiss, why did you pick it for the Brew Off?
My Weiss is getting better but it`s still too much Coriander taste. I won`t follow that recipe again.
I`m going to leave it a few months to see what happens.

When you make a good beer it`s hard to keep it, but this one will be ignored for ages!
