So here it is, my STC1000 controlled fridge.

Got a 1ft Greenhouse heater and a DIY built temp controller.

It now has my Coopers Brewmaster Irish Stout sitting in there. Will see how it is getting on next weekend.

Are you going to be using the bottom section under separate control too? Great for having one fermenting and one conditioning at the same time.
Best wishes

Would love to but I had a quick look and because it only has one compressor I am not sure if I can control both parts independently (Fridge on the top and Freezer on the bottom). Would love to know if anyone else has managed to do this and if so how ????

I wish that refrigerators of that size were more common in the U.S. What are the interior dimensions of the refrigerator?

It is a standard UK size referred to as "under counter" It varies slightly but is something around 845x550x575 mm (HxWxD). The capacity is usually 4.5 - 5 Cubic feet.

The interior dimensions are 800x500x490

Sometime I wish the bigger US style ones were not so expensive over here so maybe we could do a swap.... =D>

Looks nice
Is the temp probe in the wort or the water bottle?

As if the water bottle. Dont forget fermentation is exo thermic so you wort will be a higher temp than the set temp if fridge.
