Demijohns old school ones

Post by sbond10 » Tue Jun 24, 2014 10:51 am

Just liberated some old school Demi johns from my nannas but the question is has the the throat size changed at all. I've got just over an inch or 3.2cm

Possiably got another 4 coming soon so might have 3 spare if anyone wants a bung/airlock swap 3 demi s for 4 bung combos ?

u should be fine im still using some of the ol cork n rubber bungs i used with old demijons 20+years ago and they were not new when i got em..

if u do find a bung hole too big/small ebay sellers sell bungs of all dimensions, and if its just a lil too small a 10x or more wrap of ptfe may just do the job for u..
ist update for months n months..
