Tbh im still in market for a braumeister next year when funds permit. But surely theres room for another unit on market.
I thoaght the braumeister didnt like a certain crush of grain. Also from what ive read of the braumeister itself isnt without its own faults .With hop filters and such seems alot of people modify the braumeister. For me for the money you shouldnt need to or is there no need and some people are not happy with anything ?

Re: Move over braumeister
If you buy a BM you will need at the very least buy a BM filter for it, my only faults = BM filter should be included in the kit & I don't like the ballvalve tap, apart from that no problems. I`ll be selling my 20lt unit very soon as I`m progressing to a 50.

Its a fancy Recirculating BIAB, the temperature probe is down by the pump, so the returning wort temperature will be lower than the measured temp.

You'll be wanting the 50L overcoat rather than the 20L one then?barneey wrote:If you buy a BM you will need at the very least buy a BM filter for it, my only faults = BM filter should be included in the kit & I don't like the ballvalve tap, apart from that no problems.
