Brewfridge help needed

Need advice on a brew fridge. We have a fridge in our garage/brewhouse. But theres a step/box at the back of it at the bottom which means our FV wont fit in. Can anyone advise on types of fridges we can buy that are suitable or how to modify the one we have already. Im guessing the step/box at the back contains relevent pumps/ processors that the fridge uses so not sure if it can be taken out or not. Any advice at all on a brew fridge will be greatly appreciated

This is what i have. You can make it yourself even from pallets.

I noticed the stc unit in the pics. Are they difficult to wire upto the fridge? Can anyone give any instructions on how to rig an stc1000 upto the brewfridge?

It's easy. You don't need to wire it upto the fridge. Fridge plugs into the stc unit.


Search on the forum there are some good diagrams.
I am at wrk right now so cant help with diagram.

An STC is on my list of 'things to do next'... it's just been bumped up a few spots though as I didn't realise that it didn't need to be wired to the fridge!
