Just wondered if anyone has used one of these? I've got a 225L stock pot (60x80cm) as my boil kettle and thought one of these cookers might do the job of boiling 180 odd litres of wort. I don't want to buy anything that's underpowered, so does anyone have any experience of these, and whether or not they are powerful enough for my purposes? Thanks.

Stock pot cooker
Re: Stock pot cooker
Thats easily powerful enough.
May be a problem if You can not turn the power right down though as it may be too vigorous a boil otherwise.
Perhaps only filling boiler to 70% may resolve that issue.
