My first girl friend smelt like a brewery. Still can't walk past a yeasty fermentation without having to do a Gorilla impression.

Bottled this today.
This is the mess in the Trug after lifting out the FV. The most horrible stink came from the trug as I broke the Mould holding the trug in place! :-& :-&
I was gagging, heaving, retching, it was rotten!
Image

After all bottles were sealed, I remembered Ditch`s jest about Nescafe in the FV! So, I reopened 5 bottles and put in some Nescafe and recapped the bottles! :D #-o
Great taste and smell on this Brew!

No, mate. Looking at those earlier shots? Ye need a Dog like Pesticle Image She's absolutely fascinated with the " Malty Goodness " that spews forth from my own FV's. I let her follow me in there and she licks them clean each day.

Couldn`t resist!
1 week in the bottle and still Beautiful!
Sediment in bottle after 1 week is really thick! If I leave this brew for 2 Years, it will be all sediment and no beer!

Wales; Just a random observation mate. But; Do ye not find sediments form and solidify better in the cold?

This may be me talking utter boll0cks. Or, it may be a basic tenet of brewing. I wouldn't know.

Just that; I'm getting toward the last pint in my BK. It's bloody cold in there. And I'm tending to get clear beer off a really solid sediment.

Wondered ..... :|
