I gave it a good stir last night. Hope I did the right thing. My hydrometer isnt the clearest to read, a cheap wilko one, but it wasn't yet in the bottling black area. I think it was about 1016 ish maybe more. So I thought it was stuck.

1/2 Hr ago I was thinking what to brew with all the Christmas leftover Turkey, Ham, Beef, etc!

Bound to find a recipe somewhere, or I will make up my own recipe!
