I was idly hunting for a suitable shelf for the fermentation cupboard over the weekend. Something that would allow the heat to circulate easily, but can support a full fermentation bucket. I came across these: http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/30111087/
A pair of them would take a small amount of trimming down to fit in my cabinet as one shelf. Five minutes with the angle grinder, probably. I'm just not sure about the load-bearing ability. For that price I'm tempted to give it a try though.

How much load does it need to bear?
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.

A 25l bucket will presumably weigh close to 25kg when full, so it has to carry that as a minimum. I'd be pleased if it would safely take more weight so I could put a larger FV on it though.

A few bits of wood should put up with that load for a few quid - I've put a lot more than 25kg on a few pieces of pine 2x1.
Alternatively see if you can find someone that will give you a few offcuts of angle steel. Again, very cheap and very strong.
