Hi All,

I'm looking to brew a relatively straightforward wheat beer with a nice addition of fruits in the secondary and looking for feedback on quantities/process etc

I am not too certain regarding the cranberry addition, unless you are after a real tart taste from them. The Sorachi ace might be better suited in this brew as a late hop addition due to its unique flavour and aroma qualities.

I took a sample of a Challenger Pale Ale I brewed earlier in the year and added about 3KG of frozen raspberries - I haven't tries any yet but the sample was very, very dry.
